WHO WE ARE

Drywall & Ceilings Africa (DCA) was founded in 2019 by Eric Dyani and Clay Dube, stalwarts in the drywall and ceiling materials supply, fitting, and installation industry. Eric and Clay were joined in 2020 by Darlington Ntuli, whose experience in the financial sector brings a wealth of expertise from the corporate environment.

DCA was formed to challenge the status quo and with the intent to change the lack of transformation in this industry by adopting strategies that bring diversity to an environment that is increasingly reliant on e-commerce and the convenience it affords. DCA is one of the few fully BBBEE level one suppliers and installers of drywall and ceilings in South Africa.

DCA’s unique selling proposition is that it is a wholly-owned, empowered company that sells, distributes and installs dry walling and ceilings materials.

 

 

 

Eric Dyani
Director

Eric has worked in the Ceilings and Partition industry from 2005. He has worked for some of the country’s biggest companies in the industry. He rose through the ranks in these companies from being the Warehouse Manager to Branch Manager. Eric holds qualifications from the University of Cape Town (Certificate in Supply Chain Management), Damelin Business School (Diploma in Logistics Management), and College Campus (Diploma in Business Management and Administration). He brings to Drywall and Ceilings Africa much needed experience in business management.

Clay Dube
Director

Clay’s introduction to the ceilings and partition industry was in 2007, where he worked in the warehouse. He quickly moved to sales where he excelled, building relationships with a wide range of customers in the industry.

Clay’s contribution in sales and marketing is a great benefit for Drywall and Ceilings Africa. Clay has worked for companies like Supertec and Ceilings and Partitioning Warehouse (CPW) – thus bringing a wealth of experience in this field.

Darlington Ntuli
Director
Darlington held various Account Executive roles at Old Mutual from 2007, where he won many awards and accolades. Darlington also held a Management Consulting role at NMG Consultants and Actuaries, Customer Care and Administrative and Senior Credit Control roles at Discovery Health and Standard Bank. He holds a Credit Management Diploma from Damelin, MAP from WBS, MMP from GIBS among others. Darlington sat in various Provincial Management Boards (PMBs) of Old Mutual, including Gauteng, North West, KZN and Eastern Cape. Darlington’s belief in the ethos of putting the customer first makes him a valuable member of the team in areas of Marketing and Customer Relations.
